About Kelly
My background in real estate data, real estate development, and as a real estate broker spans nearly twenty years. Prior to that time, I was an executive with Xerox Business Services and owned my own on-line marketing company.
In 2002, my husband and I formed Cortez Development Group in San Diego, California. As project partners, we converted high-rise office space and historical buildings into residential condominiums.
When real estate data and the use of automated valuation models was new to the industry, I became an Executive Sales Director/National Accounts for First American Real Estate Solutions (FARES). In this role, I worked with some of the largest lenders and appraisers to help integrate data and valuation models into their systems. There is no substitute for the local knowledge provided by a real estate professional!
So, I obtained my real estate license in 2018 and began my successful career with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices REP. I love what I do!
